QUEST Data Access Conditions

To apply for access to any of the QUEST datasets, you should first register as a BADC user (anyone is allowed to register). If you are already a registered BADC user, skip this step. If you have forgotten your BADC user ID and/or password, please contact the BADC helpdesk at badc@rl.ac.uk.

Registered users can then apply for access to the QUEST datasets by clicking on the relevant APPLY link in the table below. Users will be requested to abide by the QUEST Conditions of Use. The QUEST Conditions of Use include a clause stating that the data distributed by the BADC must not be used for any commercial purpose. Requests for commercial use must be directly addressed to the owner of the IPR, that is NERC or the data originators.

Data management, availability and use are ruled by the QUEST Data Policy (PDF document).
