QUEST Theme 1: The contemporary carbon cycle and its interactions with climate and atmospheric chemistry

QUEST aims to improve our understanding of the feedbacks among physical, chemical, and biological processes that have contributed to determining the atmospheric greenhouse gas content today and its possible evolution over the 21st century.
